Infact, the plot of the film is heavy inspired by the 1000 page charge sheet which was filed in the Saket fast track court detailing the roles of the six arrested accused. The film has come on the sixth death anniversary of Nirbhaya, who had died after her brutal gang rape in a moving Delhi Bus.

Whether they were beatboxing, mimicking, singing or dancing all the participants of Student Idol entertained the audiences. Mr & Ms Academia finalists were zeroed on after two months of auditions across the country, eventually only 18 boys & girls paved their to the India Finale. The finalists were mentored for a week by the judges and helped them to polish their skills & personality.
A variety of performances were enjoyed by the audience, including a classical dance,
belly dance, several solo singing acts, bollywood dance, mono acting and many more
eclectic and thrilling performances by the talented contestants.
The talent and hardwork of students was appreciated by Bollywood Actor – Neil Nitin

Sudarshan Sahoo hails from the divine city of Puri in Odisha. He has been practicing this craft over more than six decades and has acquired skill and mastery in carving out statues of deities for temples and other decorative artefacts. Being erudite in Sculptures and ancient lore especially Buddhist literature, he has so far successfully executed numerous assignments such as carving Jataka tales at Dhauligiri Peace Pagoda and many more stone status and murals for Buddha temples and stupas in Japan, England, Buddhist Pagoda at Milton Keynes etc. His fibre glass statues at Wardha, Gold plated fibre glass status at Delhi, Orissa, Bihar, Darjeeling, M.P. etc were very well appreciated by all. Recently, a 101 feet long Buddha Jatak story mural project has been completed by him at a Spiritual Park near Mumbai. His exemplary dedication and determination has created a style of his own that boasts of applying numerous techniques in decorative and classical carvings. He has developed and started Sundarshan crafts museum (Training-cum- Studio) in 1977 in his native place where he imparts training to new talent in this field. He also provides a platform to upcoming talent to display their works in gallery. This Gurukul system of learning has relived the tradition again since 1991 when he established the Sudarshan art and crafts village at Bhubaneswar. He is a proud recipient of national award from Govt of India in 1981 and Padmashri in 1988 from President of India. Government of India has also conferred on him the prestigious Shilpa Guru wards in 2003 alongwith honourable Doctorate D.Litt on behalf of Utkal University of culture. He has received appreciations and accolades for all his earlier presentations in vivid art galleries all over India.
The present series depicts vivid carved sculptures in Tenali stone, Odisha red stone, green stone, Granite, ivory stone &wood mediums. These mostly illustrate dancing Ganesha, Bhagwan Shri Vishnu, Gajajnan, Vinayak, Radha-Krishna, Buddha Dharmachakra Pravartan Mudra and various other deities. His works also illustrate 64 Yoginis as well as 24 Thirthankars in Tanali stone and skilled carvings depicting other gods and Goddesses showing the spiritual fervor and other associated feelings for the unique traditional heritage of religious and the related eternal sentiments. The other works in this presentation include other deities and traditional divine statues and stone murals depicting their subtle nuances in the relevant perspectives of visual fine arts.]]>

विश्व मानव अधिकार दिवस के उपलक्ष्य मे एक सेमिनार १० दिसम्बर २०१८ को द कंट्री क्लब अंधेरी (प.) मुंबई में आयोजित हुआ कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता प्रोगेसिव फाउंडेशन ऑफ हुमन राइट के अध्यक्ष श्री राकेश पांडेय द्वारा की गई।

This was the line and since then the journey started and I won many beauty pageants such as The League super model, Miss Fanta Fiesta sponsored by Fanta company, winner of Miss India North 2015 but participating In MISS INDIA UNIVERSE 2019 is definitely a dream come true platform for me and my family .Along with glamour industry I am a child who has been raised with high morals and values specially kind towards nature and animals so I am a big time animal lover and believes in animal welfare because I believe at the end of the day we all are equal in sharing this beautiful planet “just because we are humans doesn’t make us more entitled to anything “. Talking about my four year work experience I have raised myself in Pollywood (Punjabi industry )with great achievements such as Punjabi video songs with well known singers and in 2017 I did a Punjabi movie as lead moreover I have been part of fashion shows as well with high profile designers such as Sabyasachi Mukherjee collection from Mumbai and Shruti Singla from Chandigarh and companies like Amazon representing their designs of clothes.With gods grace I was lucky enough and got the chance to do two national commercials as well One with Alfa furniture and another one is with Parle G biscuits and its successfully running on every channel. Hemang Bhatt (CEO of HAS Juices), Ajoy Balkrishna (General Manager of Radisson Mumbai Goregaon), Era Tak (Artist, Filmmaker and writer), Dr. Samir Dalwai (Leading Developmental and Behavioural Pediatrician & President of Indian Academy of Pediatrics), Kanika Pal (award-winning CSR expert and founder of SOCHE Foundation), Radha Shah (Mrs India Worldwide UAE, 2017), Hvovi Bhagwagar (Noted psychotherapist and counsellor)
Each winners was felicitated on stage, awarded customised PIFA trophies and certificates. This included the acclaimed social reform group – Soch Sayani; award-winning food blogger, Purabi Naha and more.
Lifetime achievement awards were also presented to “Lady Singham”, Sub Inspector Kiran Sethi from Delhi Police and Sanjay Dogra for their distinguished work.

Master storyteller, Mehak Mirza Prabhu; young poet Ravi Chand Punia, singer Pamela Jain, Nidhi Moudgil and Soumitra Dev Burman dazzled the stage with their acts. Dancers like Ritu Manek and Madhumita Chakraborty left the audience spellbound with their classical dance acts that included young children as well. Sneh Kala Kendra’s featuring oldies left everyone spellbound!
PIFA 2018 also had a very special focus on social causes. The PIFA stage was used to promote and spread awareness about key issues like Mental Health, Save Aarey and Forced Sex Trade. For this, PIFA had associated with foundations like Rescue Foundation, Bipolar India and #Imwarrior to support their initiatives.
Through a specially curated ramp walk, that featured adults and kids, PIFA brought to the fore the real stories of mental health victims, of the threatened forest lands in Mumbai and the humanitarian cause of saving victims of forced commercial sex. This received great appreciation from the PIFA audience.

LAJA presents TATVA – Nurturing Thyself opened to a warm, excited and heartening audience that had come from as far as Bhayander, Thane and New Bombay to participate in an event that is the first of its kind in Mumbai. A first where all aspects of Good Health – including Physical, Mental & Emotional, Self & Relationships and Entrepreneurship Growth were discussed, deliberated and debated.
Health should not and cannot be limited to just Physical wellbeing. A well-toned body does not necessarily mean an emotionally satisfied being. With such a profound thought in mind, team LAJA kick started the event that truly celebrated HOLISTIC health.
With a wonderful lineup of distinguished Guests who lent their support, blessings and words of encouragement; TATVA – Nurturing Thyself was set into motion at 10 am. Chief Guests Ms. BiinduKhuraana, Numerologist and Pioneer in Numero-Vaastu Consultancy; Ms. ManishaSoni, Hatha Yoga Instructorand Physiotherapist and a Naval Wife; and Prof. Dr. Tandon Kamal, Director & Professor at Sasmira lit the lamp and prayed for the well-being of those present and the smooth running of the event.
What followed is a wonderful mix of emotional and truly spirited speeches by the Guests of Honor including Ms. Ketki Mehta, AD Film Director & Brand Strategist; Ms. NabomitaMazumdar, Social Evangelist; Ms. Pinky Rajgaria, Mrs. Asia Universe 2017 & Founder of Chingari Shakti Foundation; and Ms. NamrataThakker, Founder of Entrepreneur Excel who made time out for LAJA on a cold and lazy Sunday Morning.
The first Speaker, Happiness and Life Ms. AnshulVerma set the ball rolling with an activity-based session that had the participants on their feet and moving to her instructions. It was indeed a fresh and great star to a day that promised to have long and serious discussions.
This was followed by an encouraging speech by DrBhaviMody, Founder of DrVrudhi Holistic Health Care Services explaining the relation between body and mind. A healthy body without a healthy mind and vice versa is not humanly possible and it is important to cater to and care for both.
The session on Emotional Sutras – Nurture your Mental and Emotional Self saw a serious and emotional panel discussion between Ms. Rachna Gupta, Happiness Coach; Mr. Biswajeet Bora, Film Maker; Mrs. LopamudraGogoi, Travel Columnist; Mr. RoshanMansukhani, Founder of a DJ and Music Academy and Ms. TanviMallya, Neuropsychologist. Among the various psychological disorders, Dementia was discussed in detail with Biswajeet Bora and LopamudraGogoi sharing stories of a real-life case.
Gynecologist & Obstetrician, Dr. RiddhiShukla carried on the serious discussion with her talk on designer vaginas and the extent to which women go to keep up the false notion of beauty.She shared interesting case studies and statistics that are both frightening and startling.
This was followed by a session on Understanding Relationship Perspectives by Psychologist & Psychotherapist Ms. HvoviBhagwagar. A fit body and a fit mind are again of no use when the relationships are not healthy and sound. It is interesting to note how mind, body and soul all have to be in synch for life to be lived holistically and in happiness.
A lunch break provided a welcome relief from all the serious discussions and participants took the opportunity to mingle and visit the stalls at the venue.
After a scrumptious and yummy meal, participants were brought back to reality and in synch with the event with a hilarious session titled Fun Elements for Life.
Yoga Therapist & Naturopath, Shammi Gupta then brought the participants to the present with her session Life – The Yogasmic Way. This was a much-needed exercise post a filling lunch.
This was followed by another serious panel discussion, this time on physical health and Cancer. The panel included Dr. Swapnil Mane, Gynecologist &Oncosurgeon; Dr. Mamta Jain, MD of Mediwiz Healthcare Communications Pvt Ltd & Cancer Survivor and Dr. DeepanjaliArulkar, Radiation Oncologist. The panelists spoke about Cancer and it’s reach in India, effects on women especially – both as patients and as caretakers and finally aftercare and awareness. India is ranked 3rd highest in the number of cancer cases among women. Cancer among women in India is estimated at 0.7 million and reported real incidences are between 1 and 1.4 million per year as many cases go undiagnosed or unreported.
The discussion then moved on to self-growth with a wonderfully interactive panel discussion titled ‘Growing your boundaries – An Entrepreneur’s way’ where successful entrepreneurs shared their stories of triumphs and failures. The panelists included Ms. Shabia Walia, Founder Wild Earth; Mr. Bhavesh Kothari, Co-Founder Tapaswi Group Ventures; Ms. Teena Shah, Founder TEIZ and Mr. Neeraj Joshi, Founder Pushstart.
Finally, the much-awaited Felicitation Ceremony and Announcement of the Winner for the ‘Annual Mentorship Program by LAJA’ was conducted to much applause and congratulations.
The event came to an end with a happy and fun filled activity by Happy Fit You.
The entire team of LAJA including LAJA Founder Ms. RiddhiDoshi Patel has burnt the midnight oil to design, plan and execute this humongous event and are thankful to all the supporters for their love and encouragement.

Malad Masti is an initiative by MLA, Mr. Aslam Shaikh and ALM (Advanced Locality Management) Mindspace Malad, in association with Vision Foundation, an NGO designed especially for Mumbaikars to give them an opportunity to engage in various activities with their loved ones and have unblemished joy. The festival is open for one and all and is free.
This initiative replaced cars on the road with activities like Kickboxing, Zumba, Yoga, Talent hunt, Robotics, Dance, Football, Chess, Nail Art, Mehendi Art, Adventure camp, Arts and craft etc. Children, parents, youth and the elderly were seen participating in exhilaration.Malad Masti 2018 was the perfect excuse for the residents to wake up and rush out to experience the exciting line-up of over70 Adrenalin-pumping activities. Besides, there were also a lot of recreational activities lined up during the three-hour event that allowed participants to relax and let their hair down.

इस फिल्म के माध्यम से हम कहना चाहते हैं कि आज यूपी के युवाओं को तमंचों की नहीं, कलम की जरूरत है। वे पढ़ने लिखने की बजाय अपने हाथ में तमंचे ले लेते हैं लेकिन इसका अंत धप्पा के रूप में होता है यानी अंत में उन्हें पुलिस की गोली लगती है। आईस पाईस का अंत भी धप्पा के रूप में ही होता है इसलिए हमने इस फिल्म की कहानी को प्राचीन खेल से जोड़कर मैसेज देने की कोशिश की है। सिद्धार्थ कहते हैं कि इस फिल्म के लिए यूपी की लोकेशन को इसलिए चुना गया क्योंकि इसकी कहानी ही यूपी बेस्ड है जहां पढ़ाई से ज्याद तमंचों का जोर रहा है। आज हालात भले ही काबू में हैं लेकिन एक दौर ऐसा भी था, जब तमंचों की दहशत थी। युवक बहुत जल्दी भ्रमित हो जाया करते थे और अपराध के रास्ते पर निकल पड़ते थे। हमने उसी दौर को दिखाने की कोशिश की है कि अब वक्त बदल चुका है। तमंचों की नहीं, अब कलम की ताकत चलती है।
यूपी सरकार फिल्मों को कितना मदद दे रही है? इस सवाल पर सिद्धार्थ कहते हैं कि मैं तो यही कहूंगा कि यूपी की किसी एक सरकार ने नहीं, बल्कि तमाम सरकारों ने फिल्म की नीति को आगे बढ़ाने की कोशिश की है। हर सरकार का यह प्रयास रहा है कि फिल्मों को राज्य में ज्यादा से ज्यादा प्रोत्साहन मिले। आज स्थिति ये है कि बड़ी से बड़ी फिल्मों की शूटिंग यूपी में हो रही है।
