ActressAmidst the unprecedented pandemic crisis, Letsallhelp.org, a startup venture in the area of social impact, has been playing a very active socially responsible role. The organization has been raising funds from benevolent donors and working tirelessly to support the daily wage and migrant workers rendered stranded at the onset of the lockdown so that minimal hardship is cause to them and their families, by providing them with food, medical and hygiene related products.
Ever since the implementation of the lockdown, the team at Letsallhelp.org and its’ Chief Change Maker Tamannaah Bhatia have been successful in mobilizing over 50 tonnes of food products and have catered to the needs of over 10,000 people across the slums, shelters and old age homes across Mumbai.

Tamannaah Bhatia adds, “The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted million of lives in unimaginable ways. The nationwide lockdown and social distancing is perhaps the best way to combat the crisis till an effective medical solution is discovered. However, it could take weeks or may be even months till normalcy is restored. While we are all worried about our livelihood, spare a thought for the thousands of the daily wage and migrant workers who have lost their means of livelihood and may not be able to sustain themselves and their families for such a prolonged period of time. The team at Letsallhelp.org and I have taken a pledge that no one sleeps hungry during the lockdown and urge everyone to unite as one human race and donate generously.”
While the management is directly involved in the delivery of the products to the needy people, the organization has also teamed up with trusted NGO’s with the primary objective of reaching out to maximum number of needy people to offset the unforeseen hardship. All parties involved in the distribution of products have the requisite permissions from the local authorities to conduct this benevolent act.

Miss World Queens Toni Singh-Emmy Cuvelier-Shree Saini help raise $4 million for children in need at Variety’s Children Charity Telethon

Now, nearly $120 million dollars has been raised fundraised for children in need, in Iowa. Miss World America generously donated $20,000 to Variety’s Children Charity.

Legal Action Against Violators – Enforce Coronavirus Lockdown States Told
Latest NewsCoronavirus Lockdown: Many people are still not taking the lockdown seriously, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted this morning. He also urged states to ensure that the directives are followed by people.
The government today ordered states to “strictly enforce lockdown” and asked for legal action against those who violated the restriction, a day after 80 districts across the country were brought under a shutdown to check the spread of coronavirus, which has infected more than 400 people.
Many people are still not taking the lockdown seriously, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted this morning. He also urged states to ensure that the directives are followed by people.
“Many people are still not taking the lockdown seriously. Please save yourself, save your family, follow the directives seriously. I request the state governments to ensure that the rules and laws are followed,” the Prime Minister tweeted in Hindi.
Soon after, a government notice took on a tougher tone, warning of legal action against violators.

Sachiin J Joshi Pledges Girl Child Education Takes To Instagram For Support
Actors The cause of the education to the girl child has been close to number of people. Social organizations and governments have been working since the dawn of women empowerment to ensure that the education-shunned female diaspora does not endure discrimination. One such personality is acclaimed actor-entrepreneur Sachiin J Joshi, who took to his social media handles with the following statement. “After seeing a heart touching video, I learnt that only one in hundred girls in rural India are allowed to study in schools. The right to education is denied to majority. I pledge towards the empowerment of our female counterparts!”
“It’s an oath. An honest commitment. I pledge to support 100 girls with their education to begin with, through the Big Brother Foundation. It is absolutely true when they quote – Educate a girl child and she will change the world,” says Sachiin J. Joshi. After establishing himself down South, the actor went on to star in Aazaan, a 2011 action thriller that marked his debut in Bollywood. The actor asks for the support of the masses so that he can make this big. “Even if one person who reads this, shares this and/or does the same, it will make a huge difference!” With a target of empowering a thousand girls, he believes that, “slowly and steadily, we can change the world for the better,” as he begins his philanthropic endeavour with hundred rural girls to begin with. The actor has expressed his desire to support girls from rural Maharashtra as well.
Opining with the possibility that even a single educated and empowered female can change the lives of everyone around them, Sachiin firmly believes, “They will be the little lamps who light themselves and will then light the world.”
