“We believe this is the perfect time to take an initiative and host an expo which will create the much-needed boost to the home loan market,” says Ajay Kumar Singh, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Maharashtra Circle. After a slump in the property market due to COVID-19 and its repercussions, the organizers believes it is the right time to invest in a house in Pune. He adds, “We have many enablers to offer to our customers this festive season including a hefty reduction in the rate of interest to 6.70% depending on eligibility. Producer Shivam Singh’s success streak continues with his production company TOBC Entertainment completing a year
Breaking NewsProducer Shivam Singh is on cloud nine for the commendable success of his production company TOBC Entertainment. The production venture has added glory in its feathered cap as it celebrated one year of its success in a glittering ceremony in Mumbai. TOBC Entertainment has consistently produced several music videos which have garnered views in millions. The occasion also celebrated the success of his song ‘Laut Aao Maa’ sung by Arunachal Pradesh’s promising singer Anong Singpho.
The grand celebration of TOBC Entertainment saw the cutting of many delectable cakes at the event. While interacting with the media, producer Shivam Singh said, “After a lot of struggle, I have established TOBC Entertainment. Rashi has extended her support to me throughout the journey. I would even want to thank Pratiksha and Pragya for being there in this fruitful journey.” Shivam had first met musician Sugat Dhanvijay, and after listening to his songs, the duo came up with their first song ‘Tum Mere Paas’ by Mohammad Irfan. The song was released by Zee Music and was a raging hit.
The second song of TOBC Entertainment ‘Laut Aao Maa’ was another huge success under the production venture. The song is beautifully sung by singer Anong Singpho and the video features Vishal Pandey, Manpreet Kaur and Arman Khan. Actress Manpreet Kaur was all praises for this beautiful song, and speaking about the same, she said, “I really enjoyed working with Shivam Singh. The song hits the right chord with emotions flowing in. I was smitten when music composer Sugat Dhanvijay told me that the song is inspired from real life.”
Another hit song produced by Shivam’s TOBC Entertainment was ‘Aadat’ featuring Sunny Sachdeva and Mahi Singh Rajput. Sunny who was present in the one-year celebration of the event congratulated Shivam Singh on achieving a milestone for TOBC Entertainment. “He has done an amazing job and today I feel proud that Shivam has given many musical hits in a year”, Sunny revealed
The latest and recent song by TOBC Entertainment ‘Fark Nahi Padta’ was released on 15th October earlier this year. Garnering appreciation from one and all, the song is presented by Ajay Jain of Elegant Eye Production. Ritvik Arora and Manpreet Kour are seen in this song, and producer Shivam Singh has donned a cinematographer’s hat for this music video. Composed by Sugat Dhanvijay, the emotional song is another successful project of Mr. Singh.

Latest NewsOne of the most interesting events held on this Gandhi Jayanti was an informative and educative – ‘Gandhi aur Hindi’ that was organized by Vishwa Hindi Academy and Wankhede Review and Analysis. This insightful event, a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi was held on 2nd October 2021 at a banquet hall in Oshiwara in Mumbai. Though it was held in the afternoon, what was so encouraging that it was attended by Bollywood heavyweights like Rohini Hattangadi who was the chief guest, Kavita Sheth, Vinay Shukla and Girish Wankhede who spoke about their experiences as regards to Hindi language.
Rohini Hattangadi recalled that she was just 27 years old when she played Kasturba’s character in Sir Richard Attenborough’s film GANDHI (1982) hence was able to share some insights about the father of our nation.
Kavita Sheth sang the devotional hymn Vaishnava Jana To which was rendered as a bhajan in Gandhiji’s Sabarmati Ashram and then she followed it up by singing a Ghazal.
Vinay Shukla, the writer of Dabangg observed that usage of proper Hindi is of vital importance in any Bollywood film, noting that Gandhiji’s influence in the usage of our national language particularly helped the freedom fight struggle.
Keshav Rai, head of Vishwa Hindi Academy flawlessly anchored the event, while Girish Wankhede of Wankhede Review and Analysis mentioned, “Though being a Gujarati, Mahatma Gandhi had learnt and mastered the Hindi language during those difficult times. After graduating in law from England and after returning from South Africa, Gandhiji’s first big movement was organized in Champaran in Uttar Pradesh that is a Hindi belt, hence he had to learn proper Hindi and be proficient in the language which he felt that for keeping a nation united, we need one language that everybody can understand. Gandhiji felt, “Rashtrabhasha ke bina, rashtra goonga hai” (Without a national language, the nation doesn’t have a voice).
This was followed by a very interesting single act play ‘Daastan E Mahatma’ that was based on Gandhiji’s life that was directed by Mujeeb Khan, A 20 minutes play remembering Gandhi and Hindi. The significance of this play was that the anchor spoke about Gandhiji’s upbringing in first person and threw insights in the life and philosophy of this great man.
Noted writer late Munshi Premchand was so inspired by Gandhiji’s love for Hindi that he became a part of the freedom struggle, added Wankhede.

In this Corona period, OTT and web series have found an alternative to films in theaters. Salman Ahmed Ansari has launched a new OTT platform “Lemon Films”. He is the owner and founder of Lemon Films. He says that he named it Lemon Films because it is different and gives a feeling of being spicy.
Many web series will be presented on this OTT which is directed by director Shailendrasingh Rajput and director Minal Mhatre Rajput. Anoop Shrivastav is also associated with this ott. Salman Ahmed Ansari, Anoop Shrivastav and actress Joshna Pasrija were also present at the launch of this OTT. Nikhil Oge, a well-wisher of Lemon Channel and a close friend of director Shailendrasingh, was absent from the function but extended his best wishes over the phone.
Salman Ahmed Ansari came to Mumbai from Ayodhya in 1993. He used to write plays since childhood and used to act. He had come to Mumbai to become an actor, but unfortunately the accident affected his face. Couldn’t see for 6 months. Chief guest Sunil pal and mushtaq khan wishes the new ott lemon films, lead actress of golmal webseries pooja jangid(jaipur), supporting actor chandan gupta was also present. A grand ceremony of Zest in Presents “World Noble Cause Initiation (WNCI)” was organized at Sahara Star Hotel, Mumbai where “Project Mother” was launched by Kare Foundation Group (USA) of Farukh Khan. A lot of human service in the covid period. Farukh Khan, who has started this unique initiative and announced the opening of 100 such Mother Care Centers. He said that in many backward areas of the country, pregnant women still do not get immediate and better medical facilities. Many times it happens that a woman who carries a child in her womb for 9 months is not able to see him alive. That he would open 100 maternity centers across the country.This mother project was inaugurated by Farukh Khan himself in the presence of his parents.
Farukh Khan further informed that with the support of Manish Bhai, the first center of this Mother Project is opening in Panvel on 18th October.
A music video “Saath” under the banner of New York Gang Production was also launched on the occasion with the tagline “Hai Yeh Dua Tu Ho Mera”. Farukh Khan has Directed and Produced this lovely music video. He said that “Saath” is not just a music video, but it gives a great message that if someone has corona, do not leave him alone, serve him, that patient will be healthy. Many elders got separated from us because we left them alone and neglected. This music video stars Joshua Lihla and Jyoti Mahajan., Who’s is also the board member of Kare Foundation Group.
Farukh Khan said that Rashid Khan has composed this song which is sung by Mohammad Irfan. Joshua working in this is a handicapped person but our F Music Company has decided to give a chance to those talents who are disabled helpless and neglected by the industry. Joshua thanked Farukh Khan and said that the way Farukh Khan and his Kare Foundation Group have provided food and drink to the people in America in the time of COVID pandemic, it is an unmatched work. He has set an example of human service.
Farukh Khan donated food gift boxes to more than 500 families on the occasion of Christmas on 22 December 2020 with The Honorable Mayor of Houston Mr Sylvester Turner to help all the needy families. In view of all these social works he had done in the course of covid pandemic as Humanitarian, Honorable Mayor of Houston announced The Proclamation “December 22 declared To be celebrated as “Farukh Khan Day” in America, which is a big achievement in itself. Through Kare Foundation, he helped people affected by covid and made a music video called “Saath”.
Everyone present at the grand event in Mumbai saluted the spirit of Farukh Khan. It is in the nature of Farukh Khan to live for others and to serve human beings selflessly.
After doing public service in America, now in India too, Farukh Khan has pledged to help as many the people he can with his Foundation. When he started talking about his mother on stage, he became very emotional and his eyes became moist as he shared his upbringing in poverty and what tough life his parents went through to raise him and how he lost his older brother due to lack of treatment and money caused his mother to lost unborn child. Witness in his own life how mother are losing baby due to treatment Farukh khan mentioned that his Foundation will open with 100 maternity homes across India where maternity homes are not available to save mothers and baby lifes. Global Music Video Dots World Bindi Day To Celebrate Womanhood

“The video will give a global appeal to all the women around the world to wear Bindi with pride as a mark of women empowerment. A letter to officially designate a World Bindi Day has been sent to the United Nations by WorldBindiDay.org. World Bindi Day concept was conceived by few NRIs last year, when it was decided that the pious day for this beautiful concept should be the start of Navratri, which emphasizes women empowerment and their importance in the society. Hence the first day of Navratri was formalized as World Bindi Day. To make it a global initiative and spread the word among millions of women around the globe, the idea to compose a music video was conceived by Karmanye Kreations, US. The song and the video were thus made to share with the world the significance of putting up a Bindi as a mark of each woman’s pride and a symbol of women empowerment,” says Anannt Srivastava of Karmanye Creations.
“A new Bindi song will be released next year too. Next year’s plan is to reach out to celebrities, social workers, eminent personalities from around the globe to support this initiative and also appear in the video,” adds Annant.
“I was attracted to the concept of coming up with a song. The song will show how the Bindi described the Indian woman. It perfectly explains the reason and pride behind wearing the bindi,” says Shweta who has sung the number.

Ghani Cool Chori is the newest track on the list, and the kind of response it is already getting is getting me “Ghani” overwhelmed, I would say. What can I say about this beauty of a song, which has been created with all heart by the one and only Amit Trivedi sir. He is the magician behind it, and all of us team members have put in all the efforts to make it a huge hit. Amit sir explained Taapsee’s character in the film to make me understand the nuances of the song and took me deep into the character. Lyrics by Kausar Munir has added charm to the song, and people are humming it everywhere.
- Your song “Ghani Cool Chori” has crossed more than 10 Million views within one week; how do you feel about it?
How I wish I could tell you the butterflies inside me fluttering in joy. Well, I can only say that the feeling is wonderful, to say the least. People are making dance covers, reels, etc., on social media, and within a week, has made it a 10 million viewed song. I am ever grateful to Amit sir for giving me this outstanding opportunity and for believing in my potential. It is all the love of my audiences who have made this song a super hit.
- How were you offered this assignment?
It took many years to sing a song for a musician like Amit Trivedi. I guess he was waiting for the right song for my voice. I am glad he believed in me as a singer and offered me this beautiful track, which is an original composition and has all the ingredients to become a huge hit.
- Would you call this a Navratri Garba Dance song?
More than only a Navratri Garba song, I would like to call it a Bollywood Garba song because Amit Trivedi sir has put all the elements of a commercial song while also ensuring it has a folk flavour.
- As the Lead singer of this song which is now a super hit, do you want to talk more about this?
Within a few hours, people had started making reels and dance covers on it, which is truly overwhelming. The way it has been picturized, choreographed, written, sung, composed, everything oozes uniqueness and the ‘cool’ quotient, which is what the song is all about. Taapsee has done outstandingly well in the song with her dance moves, the way she carries her costume and the entire Navaratri look, adding more funk and giving a new style statement.
- Can you let us know more about any of your Future Assignments?
Yes, I have a new song coming up with Rahul Vaidya called “Garbe ki Raat”, which will be released on 8th October 2021 on Rahul’s YouTube channel. It is a folk-commercial single. Also, I have sung an inspirational and motivational song for Parul University, Gujarat.
- Any message to your listeners and fans?
I heartily thank my audiences for making Ghani Cool Chori a superhit song, and I also want them to give more importance to original songs. Also, I hope more and more musicians make original tracks.
- Best memory/ moment while recording this song?
It took many years for me to reach Amit sir’s office. He made me understand the character, the nuances of the song but also gave me the freedom as well as the guidance to ace the song. So, overall I had a fun experience working with him and the entire team.
- What is being Ghani cool according to you?
As a singer, I have always struck a balance between Hindi and Gujarati, which can be felt in all my songs, and that is “Ghani Cool”, I believe. This is a Bollywood song with a Gujarati touch, which has added more magic to the track. The lyrics, music, picturization, everything is relevant to the current times, which makes the song even cooler.

इन दिनों देश के किसान कई प्रकार की समस्याओं से जूझ रहे हैं और ऐसे में बिहार के किसान का बेटा भोजपुरी स्टार ख़ेसारी लाल यादव किसानों की समस्या पर आधारित भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘लिट्टी चोखा’ दुर्गा पूजा पर दर्शकों के बीच सिनेमाघरों में लेकर आए हैं। फ़िल्म को सिनेमाघरों में बम्पर ओपनिंग मिली है और थिएटर में दर्शकों की भारी भीड़ देखी जा रही है। यह फिल्म देखने के लिए दर्शकों का ताता सिनेमा हॉल पर लगा हुआ दिखा।
इस फ़िल्म का इंतजार बेसब्री से खेसारी लाल यादव के फैन्स कर रहे थे इसलिए जैसे ही यह सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज हुई दर्शक इसे देखने के लिए थेटर्स में टूट पड़े। सिनेमाघरों के बाहर ऑडिएंस की लंबी लाइन देखी गई। और इस कोरोना काल मे खेसारी लाल यादव की इस फ़िल्म को इस तरह के प्रतिसाद मिलने से निर्माता निर्देशक और इंडस्ट्री में खुशी की लहर छा गई है।

फिल्म ‘लिट्टी चोखा’ के निर्माता प्रदीप के शर्मा ने बताया कि दुर्गा पूजा के अवसर पर दर्शकों को यह फिल्म हमारी तरफ से एक तोहफा है। ‘लिट्टी चोखा’ देश की कहानी को कहने वाली फिल्म है। कहते हैं ना आज भी देश की आत्मा गांवों में बसती है। ऐसे में हमने इसकी कहानी गाँव से निकालकर लाई है, और यही वजह है कि दर्शक इसे खूब पसंद कर रहे हैं।
हिट मशीन व भोजपुरी के रजनीकान्त कहे जाने वाले ख़ेसारी लाल यादव ने कहा कि मैं एक किसान का बेटा हूँ। मेरे घर में आज भी किसानी की जाती है और समय निकालकर मैं भी खेती में हाथ बटाता हूँ। मैंने अपनी रोजी रोटी के लिए दिल्ली में लिट्टी चोखा भी बेचा है। इसलिए यह फ़िल्म और किसान की समस्या मेरे दिल के करीब है। फिल्म के निर्माता प्रदीप के शर्मा जी को तहेदिल से धन्यवाद ऐसी फिल्म का निर्माण करने लिए और साथ ही फ़िल्म के निर्देशक पराग पाटिल को भी दिल से धन्यवाद एक बेहतरीन फ़िल्म का डायरेक्शन करने लिए। दर्शकों का भी शुक्रिया कि आप सब अपने नजदीकी सिनेमाघरों में पूरे परिवार के साथ जाकर फ़िल्म लिट्टी चोखा का आनन्द ले रहे हैं।

Dilip Sen Composed Four Songs For Sanjay Kumar’s DIL KI DHADKAN

Recently, Bollywood’s famous musician Dilip Sen has recorded four songs in the voice of playback singers Rekha Rao, Khushboo Jain, Farhan Sabri and Ravindra at his recording studio in Andheri. These songs have been written by Uma Shankar Maurya. All these songs will be shot in the new Hindi film ‘Dil Ki Dhadkan’ which will be produced by Sanjay Kumar under the banner of Om Sai Film Productions.
On the occasion of the recording, Dilip Sen said that the title of this film is very cute. When producer Sanjay Kumar narrated the story to me, I was very impressed and thought that after a long time I will work in my old style romantic mood which is evergreen.
Producer Sanjay Kumar, while highlighting the story of the film, said that it will perfectly present the love story of a rural area. In this, discrimination of caste, high and low will be shown. What happens in the childhood love of the heroine heroine, this will be seen throughout the film. Through this film, voice will be raised against social evils.
Producer Sanjay Kumar has not forgotten the name of his birthplace village Diohna in Barkheda Kalan, Pilibhit UP, as well as Karmabhoomi Mumbai and Shahjahanpur. Inauguration Of Festival Of Films From Kyrgyzstan Designed by Embassy of Kyrgyzstan In New Delhi In Association With ICMEI At Marwah Studios
Breaking NewsNoida: “Not very long ago we created Indo Kyrgyzstan Film and Cultural Forum to develop and promote relation between the people of two countries through art and culture. The association has grown bigger today with the inauguration of Festival of Films from Kyrgyzstan designed by Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in New Delhi in association with International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry at Marwah Studios,” said Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.
“Films are the best ambassadors of culture of any country. Film festivals are the best platform to project these cultures. Films have only one language and that is language of emotions,” added Sandeep Marwah also Chair for Indo Kyrgyzstan Film and Cultural Forum. The event started with the exhibition of paintings and photographs from Kyrgyzstan followed by fascinating fashion show by the students of AAFT School of Fashion and Design inspired by the culture of Kyrgyzstan.
“Two-day festival will show case three very important and popular films from Kyrgyzstan. The film festival today in association with ICMEI is one of the major programs to celebrate 30 years of Independence of Kyrgyzstan. It will be followed by many other interesting art and culture programs as a part of festivity. I am thankful to everyone who all have come and brought best wishes to our association,” said H.E. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to India.
The audience was shown a classic film based on the work of Chyngyz Aitmatov: “Mother’s Field”, as well as feature films of Kyrgyz filmmakers of a new generation “Kurmanzhan Datka” and “Song of the Tree”.All Kyrgyz films made a strong impression on the audience and were highly appreciated by the honoured guests of the ceremony.
“The cultural activities like film festival brings lots of positive energy. Cinema is not only entertainment, but it also teaches us many more things in life through well carved stories,” said Ganesh Prasad Saha IPS Deputy Commissioner of Police Noida.
The event was attended by H.E. Dilshod Akhatov Ambassador of Uzbekistan, H.E. Nurlan Zhalgasbayev Ambassador of Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Andrei Rzheussky Ambassador of Republic of Belarus, H.E.
